Small Jar

This jar dates to the 11th century and was discovered in Mawarannahr. The jar was made of local clay and it was used in daily life to store drinks or other liquids. The shape and decorations of the jar reflect the traditional style of craftsmanship of that time. Ceramic material ensured its long-term preservation.
