Description

The spearhead is one of the early weapons crafted from stone, dating back to 80,000–40,000 BCE. Discovered in the Surkhandarya region, this artifact measures 8 cm in length and 2 cm in width. Shaped with a sharp point, it was fastened to the end of a spear and used in hunting and striking animals. This stone weapon demonstrates that people of that era possessed skills in thinking, tool-making, and hunting. As one of humanity’s earliest hunting weapons, the spearhead holds significant historical importance.
